Two Egg Free Range Frittata

Want to impress a loved one with a great breakfast but you only have 5 minutes in the morning? Then try our Two Egg Free Range Frittata.

Not only does it look great, but tastes amazing! We've also made this in a big frypan and tripled the ingredients to accommodate the whole family.  

Two Egg Free Range Frittata


  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Family Homestead Free Range Eggs
  • Sprinkling of Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 4-5 Spinach Leaves

Drizzle a little olive oil on a non-stick small frying pan on medium heat.

Slice two mushrooms & a spring onion and lightly fry, add 4 halved cherry tomatoes.

Now it's time to add two free range eggs (remembering to always crack open the egg in a separate dish, prior to adding to your ingredients).

Sprinkle with some grated cheddar cheese & add baby spinach leaves to garnish.

Place a lid on the top of your saucepan to seal in the heat for 2-3 minutes.

That's it, super easy & delicious.
